By accessing or using NotaryHub Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
NotaryHub Pro provides professional notary services in Canada, including document authentication, legal witnessing, certified copies, and related services. Our services are subject to Canadian laws and regulations governing notaries public.
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, present valid identification documents, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that documents presented for notarization are authentic and complete.
Our services are available by appointment only. You must arrive at the scheduled time with all required documents and valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper documentation is not provided or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
If you are not satisfied with our services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds are provided at our discretion and only in cases where we failed to provide the agreed-upon service. No refunds will be issued for completed notarizations or if you provided incorrect information or documentation.
NotaryHub Pro is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or delays in service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. However, we may be required to disclose information if mandated by law or court order.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
